Treasure World Old Damascus and Babylon

- Old Damascus, Syria
One of the oldest, constantly inhabited cities in the world, Old Damascus is slowly being dismantled by modern construction. The area is home to many ancient sites, including eight city gates and many sites are referenced by Christian and Islamic religious texts. Recently, CHAPTER Tuma (Saint Thomas' Gate), which leads to the old Christian quarter of Old Damascus, has been recognized as endangered by the destruction and abandonment.

The rescue mission: Like many leave these endangered species from locations housing the old covenant in the search for new, more modern facilities, ancient buildings falling into disrepair. A commitment to restore the building - instead of demolishing them - all you need.

- Babylon, Iraq
Lying 80 miles south of Baghdad, Babylon was originally a city of Mesopotamia, considered by many as one of the cradles of civilization. Since 2300 BC, there are also many considered to be the holy city of Babylon. This ancient site is certainly significant in human history, and unfortunately just one of many historic sites in Iraq damaged by the conflict in the region.

The rescue mission is endangered locale is not currently in a position to dedicate a lot of economic resources to rebuild and historical sites, and assistance in rebuilding the site will most likely be needed from outside the government and other bodies.
