Rubjerg lighthouse in Jutland Knude Denmark, began operations on December 27, 1900 (construction began in 1899). The lighthouse is located atop a cliff Lønstrup Klint, 60 meters above sea level. The lighthouse was operated until 1908, at a gas plant, and on August 1, 1968, cease to operate. Today the lighthouse has become a giant dune. Whereas once the lighthouse is an icon in height. Erosion for many years to make the building was eroded and in ruins. Yet still looks past glory.
