First Aid Accident (P3K)


1.      Disturbance General 
a. Shock
The signs:
- Awareness of decline, rapid pulse, weakness, and thendisappeared.
- Skin pale, cold and damp.
- shallow breathing irregularly.
- The eyes hollow, gloomy.
- People feel dizzy, nauseated.

Cause:
- intense emotional pressure
- Loss of blood or fluid
- Poisoning
Relief:
- Lay the patient with head lower, unless the patient is suffering fromconcussion and broken bones.
- loosen clothing, give a blanket.
- Do not give to drink.

b. Fainting
The signs:
- The patient is unconscious, lying motionless, sometimes verynervous.
- Respiratory There throbbing pulse.

Cause:
- Less memeproleh acid.
- Too hot / cold, pain.
- Poisoning
- Chronic illness, kidney, heart, diabetes, etc..

Relief:
- Lay people with shady place and fresh air.
- When the pale face, head lowered (vice versa).
- Open / loosen clothing.
- If the patient vomit, put your head in a tilted position, to preventterselak vomit into the lungs.
- Give freshener (decologne) or ammonia to immediatelyconscious.

c. suri Dead
The signs:
- Awareness among fainted and died.
- Breathing is not visible.
- no palpable pulse.
- Face pale bluish.
Cause:
- Unable to breathe
- Inhaling poisonous gases.
Relief:
- Do as the patient fainted.
- Clear the airway.
- Immediately take to a doctor.
