Bugaboo Spire, Columbia-Kootenay, Canada

Situated between the river ice Vowell in the west and the river of iceCrescent in the east, is one of the icons of the famous Alpine rock climbing in Canada. The origins of its name is a reference pointused by miners to mark and Bugaboo Bugaboo Creek Pass."Bugaboo" means "object of insanity, usually exaggerated, oranxiety ', which was found by a team of Conrad Kain who climbed itfor the first time in 1916 when Canada in the throes of World War I.The effort was still remembered as one of the toughest climb.
